30 Day Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with The Munkey for ANY reason within the first thirty (30) days, we will replace the product, or allow
the customer to return the product for a refund of the full purchase price of the merchandise.
Stands, pouches or straps damaged by customer negligence or misuse are not covered under this return policy.
Please refer to what is not covered and how to get service below.
Extended 1 Year Warranty:
For one year from the date of purchase, The Munkey covers any problem caused by a manufacturer’s defect. The customer MUST provide a copy of the original sales receipt to verify purchase date. This includes metal fabrication, fit of plastic parts, and overall durability. Products determined to be defective by The Munkey will be replaced with same or similar product at no charge to the customer. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect. If our examination should reveal that the returned item is not defective due to a manufacturers defect, we will contact the customer to get further instructions. In such a case the customer has the option of paying for the cost of shipping the product back to the customer or directing us to dispose of it. Should the customer fail to respond after 30 days, we will dispose of the product and consider it abandoned.
What is not covered:
Product damaged by misuse or negligence by customer is not covered. Scrapes, scratches, dents or bent parts on
The Munkey are considered normal wear and tear after use and will not be covered.
Under the 30 day return policy parts that show heavy wear and tear may not be covered. We reserves the right to inspect parts to determine use. Excessive use in the thirty day period may void a money back return.
